Me, Sarah, and my friends are huge Batman fans and we were so excited to try out the renewed version of Batman Arkham City for Xbox 360. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! We were all blown away by the advanced gameplay and super-villain encounters. It truly felt like we were the Dark Knight, fighting crime in Gotham City. Not to mention, the unexpected glimpses into Batman’s tortured psychology added a whole new layer to the game. Definitely worth every penny!
My roommate Alex is a big fan of Catwoman and was thrilled to hear that she had her own storyline in the main game. The fact that her story was seamlessly interwoven with Batman’s just made it even better. He couldn’t stop raving about how well-developed her character was and how much he enjoyed playing as her. I have to admit, watching him play as Catwoman was pretty entertaining too!
Last but not least, my brother Mark is a pro at any video game he plays and he couldn’t get enough of the advanced freeflow combat in Batman Arkham City. He said it felt like his melee abilities were on par with AI enemies, making the game even more challenging and enjoyable for him. Plus, with new gadgets and expanded abilities, there was never a dull moment while playing as Batman. We all had a blast encountering numerous characters from the Batman universe, especially The Joker (who always manages to steal the show).
